This is the day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it! I woke up at 5:15 am anticipating the drive into downtown Columbus. I was suppose to start a new job at 8. Left the house at 6:45, got downtown, parked, walked 3 blocks to my destination. Arrived at 7:15! While waiting in the lobby I thought I would read my book and have a drink of water from the bottle that I brought. Lo and behold, the bottle cap was off and water was all in my bag and on my papers. Fortunately, the library book was water free! Sat there and read and decided to go back up to the 26 floor at 7:55. There I was greeted by a very nice male receptionist. He tried calling several people to find out where the training class was going to be held. No one answered their phones - ERRRR! I finally said, let me call the temp agency. The man that I had my interview with and the one who gave me my paper with start date and time answered. He said with a laugh, oh, Im sorry I didnt have time to call you on Friday and we were closed yesterday. The training has been delayed for 3-4 weeks. Okay Lord, I know you have a plan for me! Im going back to bed!! Have a wonderful day!
