This is the difference between fighting the evil with brains and pretending to fight evil with emotional rhetoric and empty slogans. With this law being repealed, this is what happens. Every civil servant will ask for a written order from politicians whenever they ask the civil servants to do a favour. Till now politicians escaped the cases because you cant find paper trail from bureaucrats to politicians to pin the blame on politicians in court of law. There will be a lot of circumstantial evidences against politicians which however is not enough to prove the guilt. We just made it slightly more difficult to do bad.
