This is the dog reported by Grace Thian having discharged on both its eye and not eating at ken salad chicken rice at pending. On saturday volunteers went to find but the dog also public holiday so we couldnt find it and this afternoon our volunteer Savier Kong and Henry Liew went n found him. We suspected he had distemper n has already informed that if he really has distemper, we have no place to quarantine him and he will be a threat to other dogs at the area... sadly, upon arriving at the vet, he is tested distemper positive... we had no choice but to PTS (Put To Sleep) him as he was unable to open his eyes, cant eat and puking blood so we had to make the hard choice..
