This is the extremist Attorney General in Texas that has spent millions of taxpayer dollars suing the federal government. He lost this suit against the EPA and now we will have fewer carbon emissions and cleaner air to breathe. And this is the sort of governor we need??? He would be a disaster as governor. The D.C. Court of Appeals ruled in favor of the EPA in the joint lawsuit on Friday, with the majority holding that the states had failed "to show how they have been injured" by EPA involvement in their permitting process.
