This is the face of Autism in our house. He is so smart, just sometimes the autism gets in the way so he learns a little differently. We as a family have never ever had problems with our son behaviorally EVER!!!! But the Orrick R-11 School District suspended my 10 year old from school for assaulting a teacher. WHAT.. My son has an IEP that is an individualized Education Plan and attached to that Plan he also has a behavior Plan in place. Which they did not utilize before they suspended him. As a parent I feel that the Orrick R-11 School District suspended my son who is in a protected Class in this Nation to save themselves from a law suit the intern was pushed by my child when ever the Speech instructor was trying to impose her will upon my son during a break. The rest of the story will come later u have no idea the depths this administration has gone to make there own little world up there! Like paying for teachers to get there degrees on district time. The district credit cards that are being utilized for everything from lunches to gas in their cars. All of the conferences that we pay for for these women to get trained dinners and lunches and hotel stays... WE ARE NOT A BIG DISTRICT WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON????
