This is the first time in my entire FnB career where the director of the company,knowing i am handling a section and multi tasking everything to support the staffs, not only he came in and help, he took a tray fully stacked with alot of cutleries and started wiping it and washing all the glasses and clearing tables as it was so busy. And i tried stopping him and tell him that i will get all this done after everything settled down and he smiled humbly and said no worries, and at the end of shift, i got to know one thing, he started off as a Dishwasher!! And along the years,he learn everything, went through everything and became director in FnB for few years already. And he took few hours after work,humbly like a friend, to talk and teach me more knowledge about career n choices we make. And he ended with a statement like this, money,high level of education and high rankings are not the steps to success in life, its your strength of heart and have faith that no matter what comes infront will never get to bring you backward in life. #Respect
