This is the frequency where the FCC refuses to initiate any enforcement actions against the numerous unidentified radio operators that are either harassing or jamming the transmissions of licensed amateur radio operators. Instead of any aggressive enforcement actions against unidentified radio operators, the FCC chooses to issue a token amount of NALs against licensed amateur radio operators to give the appearance they are doing something. Perhaps going after unidentified radio operators is well beyond the FCCs technical capabilities or the abilities of their enforcement staff. Call your Senate and Congressional representatives to convey that the FCC lacks any enforcement effort against the numerous unidentified radio operators that are constantly disrupting amateur radio communications, especially on 14.313! This problem has been ongoing for many years and its about time something is done about it.
