This is the last day of treatment. As you can see its back to its original color. I was going to toss this NES in the trash since I bought it for parts. But after testing and giving it a good cleaning it turned out to be a reliable system. This particular NES is also a very early one. Its CPU revision is dated 1985. My other consoles are dated 87 and 88. So that alone makes it a keeper. One thing that is interesting about this system is how different it renders color. Its color pallet isnt as vivid as my other consoles. Im assuming thats something Nintendo improved on with the newer NES consoles.
