This is the last weekend Anjelica will be with me.When I say it truly takes a village., It DOES!! I understand when ppl say parenting didnt come with a manual, & trying to figure it out with a family member who is special needs has been even harder. I have fussed,& rolled many a eyes bc something Anjelica has done, but Love, love LOVE HER TO NO END,& hurting bc she is leaving. Having to remind myself that this is also an answered prayer,& God makes no mistakes. I would have to thank EVERY PERSON that helped me, in words, actions, prayers, talking to Anjelica,& keeping Anjelica. To my choir members that come together, and help when Im singing to keep Anjelica calm. Every church member at both Philadelphia C.O.G.I.C.& The VisionVisions Church of Atlanta, who stopped to say encouraging words, be it to Anjelica or myself. To the friends and family who took the time to come out an celebrate Anjelicas Birthdays to make her feel special. To my mom, who stepped in when I was close to my breaking point towards the end & started to help by keeping her on weekends.To Rolo Atlanta, for the one on one talks, giving her task to earn money,keeping her on emergency situations, being there in the wee hours of the morning at the hospital, talking to the doctors with me trying to figure this thing out With her.Christie Howard who has been here living it with me, day & night supporting, watching her while im gone though just as frustrated as me, being that shoulder, the referee,& tag team partner, when I cant take one more thing. To Keisha Lowkee Fields and your family. THANK YOU for embracing us, her completely. Truly loving her w/o being forced to, holidays or any other day. Keisha you loved/love Anjelica, was there for Anjelica, went to the school meetings, spent the quality time,spoiled her, prayed for us, tagged teamed her on discipline, you where the calm when needed at times in dealing with her. Was there at the hospitals, there through the tears day & night. Dealing with Anjelica God could not have sent me any better help mate. It truly takes a village. Thank you again eveyone for blessing her life in some way while ive had her. It has NOT been easy by any stretch of the imagination, but I loved /LOVE her EVERY STEP of the way.I ask continued prayers that where ever she is sent to that she is ALWAYS protected and covered
