This is the latest update from the San Antonio Police Department- We are continuing to evaluate the threat with our local and federal law enforcement partners. The information gathered leads us to believe the threat is not credible, but due to the serious nature of the threat, we are taking nothing for granted. We encourage parents to operate within their own comfort levels, but all indications thus far are that it is completely safe to send your children to school. As information develops, we will continue to update. We do continue to encourage the public to call into our tip line at 225-TIPS (8477) and give any information you may have, even if you think it may be insignificant.
