This is the most complete, detailed account of the Jameis Winston - TopicsExpress

This is the most complete, detailed account of the Jameis Winston rape case. Kudos to Fox Sports investigative reporter Kevin Vaughn. In a word: sickening. In many words: coercion, misinformation, collusion, admitted federal Title IX violations, obstruction of prosecution, illegal leaks of police reports to Jameis attorney BY POLICE BEFORE giving said reports to the prosecutor (the only person that should have gotten them) , shoddy police work at best, demoted cops, a detective who waits for months after DNA testing results CONFIRM it was Jameis to update his police report (and still doesnt seek charge), some guy named Bonasorte who apparently is FSUs known Cleaner, what has to be tens of thousands in legal bills that somehow a college kid can afford, lies to media (told TMZ no campus investigation existed while TPD investigation was active and known), doing background checks on a newspaper reporter who dared to request the police report (their job and totally appropriate and legal), Jameis attorney hiring a notary who took down nearly identical statements from 2 witnesses before prosecutor even knew case existed, all 3 players (including Jameis) that TPD cops demand interviews from..dont even show up to scheduled police interviews....and last, and maybe saddest, no effort to support the female STUDENT victim. And of course, now today we know he supplied at least 340 autographs to the same dealer that got Todd Gurley suspended. Well, coach Fisher what do you say to that? Jameis says he received no money for it, so I believe him....bang up investigation coach. He said he didnt do it...and since hes been such a model citizen....so case closed. (oh, and who paid for that $4,000 worth of damage to apt complex windows that the Cleaner Bonasorte said would be repaid by student athletes in exchange for no criminal charges...again where are the students getting this cash?) Im no fan of the NCAA policies in general....but if this isnt LACK OF INSTITUTIONAL CONTROL....then what is? Were now almost 2 years removed from the alleged (scoff) crime....and FSU still hasnt found the time to hold a student conduct hearing? 2 freaking years? What are they waiting for (him to enter NFL draft)? All the facts and witness are out there and have been for months and months and months and months. This is only going to get worse.
