This is the most dangerous news of the decade. My fears are coming true. Does Mr. Modi think Governance is like some project management with deadlines, like running some large corporation with merit & accountability? He is seriously out of touch. Whats with this funny stuff called Employee of the month award? What does he mean by Employee? He thinks someone in Govt is just Employee? India is a multi-religious, multi-cultural, multi-lingual country with diverse interests. There should have been awards like Hindu of the month, Muslim of the year, Maratha of the quarter, Tamilian of the week etc to motivate people and keep them united. Look at Congress Govt in Maharashtra which has proposed 16% reservation for Marathas & 5% for Muslims. In due course, they will implement 20% reservation to each of the major 8 religions & castes so that there would be 160% reservations. That is the spirit of real secularism, unity in diversity and real governance. That is how Congress has been keeping Indians happy for 67 years and hence Indians have been happily voting them to power power again and again (for more than 50 years out of the 67 years post-independence).
