This is the peak of corruption,talking about midday meal scheme.Central and state govt is throwing all thier energy to make harder policy to collect taxes from the people,who are working hard.All revenue collected goes to these type of schemes which are badly implemented and unmonitored. Maximum money goes to contracters and middle man of these schemes and they are serving poorest quality food along with poison. Why not strict monitoring system is there like planning to open tax collector office in every district. Huge mony of genuinly working people goes to these middle man directly or indirectly which are collected as tax by the govt. Even basic facilities are not available for general public in return to the taxes,like roads,electricity,water,waste collection,clean city etc. Accountability must be fixed to every gvt officials for their duty and responsibilities. In last,,, charges of mass murder must be applied to the responsible person,officials,minister and even to the CM if required.
