This is the reason why Im often absent from FB for unexpected and unexplainable periods of time, despite the professional expectation today that a person in my profession should loom over Facebook and my other social media sites regularly... to be prophetic, and use these media to spread good word, and help leave others better than I found them... The only way I can truly tune in is to tune out ...engage in human contact, human touch, and human connection.
