This is the reply I got from #flydubai_the_worst_airline_company , they still dont want to acknowledge that they made anything wrong, I know that the airline can change the schedule of their flights but they had changed it 2 months ago and didnt bother to inform us until 3 days before the flight time, the most tense time for me and my family, then they are charging us more for the new tickets although it is cheaper than the original ones.
