This is the response from Choice Hotels regarding a serious case of Norovirus when we requested a cancellation of a booking, otherwise we would have infected a large section of the public.....disgusting!!!! Dear Mrs. Alexander, Thank you for your e-mail. The Suprina Salon and Spa is neither owner nor ran by the Quality Hotel Birmingham, so in order to pursue this you will have to either contact the Suprina Salon and Spa directly or the wowcher customer service team who can contact the Suprina Salon and Spa on your behalf in order to find a resolution to this issue. Nevertheless, as promised, I did pass your comments onto the Suprina Salon and Spa manager and she has tried to ring you on several occasions, and as she was not able to reach you she has left a message. The hotel will not be contacting you regarding this issue, as they are under no liability for the Suprina Salon and Spa. However, the Suprina Salon and Spa manager is more than happy to contact you to discuss this. I wish you all the best for this process, and I am sorry that we cannot not be of any further assistance.
