This is the story about you Champagne that´s what I named you your colour is like someone dipped you in champagne.You came early summer to me I had never seen you before ,you had big bleeding wounds .I started giving you food and after a week you did let me treat you,You recovered and you became a healthy cat. Summer passed by ,Suddenly you didn´t come and I was looking for you calling you and one day when I passed a yard I suddenly saw you.I saw immediately that you were very sick.I carried you home And I called our lovely Val manager of the Spca who came in 10 minutes and took you to Dr. Frank Galea who is always there for our animals in need.When I later on fetched you I got strict orders to put you in quarantine because you had a real awful catflue .For five days you couldn´t eat or drink so I had to give you liquid every second hour.Dear Dr. galea came over too to give you an injection against dehydration. .You did let me open your mouth washing your coat and treating your eyes.Suddenly after 6 days you started eating and drinking by yourself. Such a happy moment !!!!I kept you in for 2 weeks giving you your medicin and now you are free and recovered. You have a shelter and a bed just next to my house.That shows how much you can do to a stray cat and not just leaving it to die in the streets.Champagne want´s to thank Val Gregory who is always there with a helping hand and of course our lovely Dr. Frank Galea.This story tells you NEVER EVER GIVE UP! IF YOU CAN SAVE A LIFE ,DO IT.
