This is the thing: My most personal opinion that #Religion poisons everything (#Hitchens dixit) but I am not so deluded to think that 1,6 billion Muslims, another couple of Billions of Christians and of Jews will drop their beliefs overnight. So this is why I try my best to see solutions with the reality we have on the table. At the moment to Reform Islam is the Elephant in the Room, it seems the most long lasting way to leave extremists without their philosophical frame for their killing spree. However silly Apologist, Deniers and Islamist (Islamist=orthodoxy) in the West (represented by confused left wing intellectuals and journalists) and of course in the Muslim world, are not willing to give up their positions for a greater good which is a Modern Islam compatible with Democratic values of Freedom, Equality and Fraternity.
