This is the way things work in my country: a pacifist Greenpeace protest against oil prospections. You can clearly see on this video how the Spanish Army attacts Greenpeace boats, by crashing against them several times. As a result, one of the activists falls from the boat, and is hurt by the helix of another Greenpeace boat. Now, our Minister of Industry claims the activist was actually rescued by the Army, ignoring the fact that she was put into the water by the Army in the first place... Its also worth mentioning that the population in the Canary Island is strongly against oil prospections. They even tried to make a referendum about it, which was forbidden by the central govermment.
