This is to all the Bisayas or to everyone who were residing outside Metro Manila before College. I am Bisaya studying in DLSU. We are civilized people, WE HAVE HOUSES(not bahay kubos) for shelter, CARS(not carabaos) for transportation, ELECTRICITY, ROADS, MALLS(SM, Ayala, Robinsons you name it), WI-FI, Internet, and everything there is to see in Manila. When I was second year, I was asked by a fellow classmate Why did you go to college here? in La Salle? You guys from the province are the reason why were so crowded here. So I was pissed as hell. I am not saying you are wrong, pero tang inang yawa ka, you dont have manners. Yes, the academic learning in Metro Manila is different compared to the ones back at home. It is because the focus of the government is here, in Manila. If the government will give importance to the potential of the growing economy in other regions, we would DEFEAT AND CRUSH the 50% GDP contribution of Metro Manila. But, for now Makatis tax alone defeats the total contribution of Visayas and Mindanao combined. So think twice before you regret saying something stupid to people like us, PROMDI.
