This is to inform all APC members across the state and all stakeholders in this forth coming election that that stupid man Apadele Fowlyose was the State Police Command Headquarter yesterday evening (he got there around that 5pm and left some few minutes past 10pm) to negotiate the Mobile police on how they will assist in him snatching ballot papers on the election day MOST ESPECIALLY AT VARIOUS FARM SETTLEMENTS (Ori Oko) . Fowlyose pleaded for their support, begging them to please cooperative with him since their OC Mopol has been transferred to another State, and he would need their assist to perpetuate his evil act. He promised each of the Mopol N200,000 each if they agreed to cooperate and eventually cooperate with him. In the meeting, he laid down the plan as follows. 1. That the police command should delay the posting of police officers to towns perceived to be his strong holds in the state (e.g. Afao Ekiti) in order for his tout perfect their ballot snatching and stuffing act. 2. That the Police Command should ensure quick drafting of police officers to areas perceived to be APC strong holds across the state and ensure that Mopol officers harass APC members and members of the public that are out to vote in those areas, creating room for his box to snatch ballot box. He asked the Mopol officers to make that they shoot into the air to disperse polling units that the people might want to prove stubborn, and also asked them to shoot at sight at anybody that wants to be a hard nut to crack. He promised to pay for each bullet that each officer make use of on that day (this is aside the N200,000 promised each officer). The targeted areas are the farm settlements popularly called ori-oko. 3. They are to arrest APC members as touts, and also arrest some identified pindinpi members (those that are not in support of his candidacy) as people that are trying to cause melhem on that day just to give credence to the police notorious act on that day.
