This is to inform you that I shall be petitioning the NHRC (National Human Rights Commission) on the outrageous and utterly condemnable statement of the Goa CM Manohar Parrikar who has branded every Nigerian without exception as huge and aggressive. While I do not condone any illgal acts that may have been committed by any Nigerian living in India. It is wholly unacceptable that a constitutional authority - namely the Goa CM, in defiance of UN conventions, Constitutional mandate and doctrine of human rights followed in this country chose to make such comments that border on Racial profiling and bias. It is also pertinent to note that foreign policy relations are based on reciprocity &any policy bias against Nigerians liviing in India could possibly entail similar repercussions against the India diaspora in Nigeria.
