This is to the ladies: We claim we are empowered and yet we cannot stand to defend our rights, we can only see our male counterparts on the dock, we are left will positions that cant even fill our thirst for leadership. We can only awake to take leadership positions like treasury, yeah we can manage money for the men, but we need to rise to rule from the mountain tops not just at the foot. people may hate Edith Mwiragi but she is my inspiration, it shows how courageous she is, giving a deaf ear to all insults, hold on, whether she wins or not she has set for us a pace to follow. You may call her what you what but she is among the strong ladies in the University, we aint born for beauty, that the world to see us as the beauty to be used only for modeling miss worlds and etc, its time we follow the lead of the great women, the lakes of the late Wangari Maathai, Martha Karua, the Malawi president, Her excellence Joyce . The KLSS, SONU and other positions, all top positions are being taken by the male gender. Ladies we need to wake fight with our male counterparts, lets strive to see ourselves at the top, for the legal ladies follow the example Prof. Mbote and do justice to ourselves. We empowered to make a change, a change for ourselves.
