This is unacceptable!! Why would this inhuman cop use that kind of force with a 76 year old man!! At any time was that officer exposed to some threat from this poor old man. This abuse of authority from officers needs to stop! Whats worse, these abuses are being done only with minority people. I would like to see this dumb officer use that same force with a white person. Ugh, whats going on with people. Makes me sad and scares me.
