This is unfortunately so true..many people find solid black or primarily black dogs more intimidating. To me, nothing looks sleeker than our dogs healthy, shiny black coats running around in the yard* -and they have just as much personality as any other pup in the canine rainbow! If you have a friend considering pet adoption, encourage them to take a second look at a sweet, dark fuzzball they may have originally over-looked* Thank you, Jamie, for posting!!
