This is upsetting. I wonder everyday about some of the shelters & rescues that are out there. It seems that some of them are not in it for the benefit of the animals. This poor dog. 1st his owners hurt him, then relinquished him. The shelter wanted to put him down, but someone stepped up to adopt him, they knew this and KILLED this dog anyway. I hope that all involved with this MURDER are held accountable for their actions.
