This is what I had to say in my email to Self Magazine when I cancelled my subscription: I join the other women in saying that I am disappointed in a magazine that claims to encourage becoming a strong woman would waste any energy on tearing down strong women for what they wear. I have read your magazine for a while and have been disappointed in some of the other mixed messages in your articles and pictures, but this current situation pushed me to take a step. It is small and I am just one reader, but I dont want you to have my money or support any longer. I am a strong woman and I love other strong women no matter what they wear when they are out there kicking ass. Would much rather support Glam Runner
