This is what I have most mornings for breakfast. Its green and takes me at least an hour to drink but it gives you energy and keeps you full til lunch. If you need it sweeter you can add extra honey. It is your choice. Try it and let me know what you think! 2 frozen bananas 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 1 cup spinach 6 ice cubes 1 table spoon honey 2 tablespoons almond butter ¼ cup water Mix together until well blended
