This is what I never understood about companies like McDonalds who makes billions of dollars pay their employees like shit . Unlike fancy restaurants that only cater to a certain crowd and is in certain areas , places like McDonalds are everywhere and cater to the general public and have to deal with crap that other restaurants dont and dont understand why the restaurant union H.E.R.E dont unionized the workers.
