This is what Ukrainian protesters are like. They are nationalist, pro-Nazi and fascist. And yet, Americans hear the term revolution and protest and automatically equate it with the Flower Power movement of the 1960s. I hate to back Putin (since hes a schmuck), but TBH, hes doing the right thing. Hes protecting his people (Crimea - where he actually invaded - is full of ethnic Russians), not to mention Crimea is home to RUSSIAN MILITARY BASES. Americans need to STOP equating other countries revolutions with our own. The Ukrainians causing the problems are a bunch of FASCIST, VIOLENT NEONAZI THUGS who -- rather than going through proper democratic channels after a person they didnt like was elected by a clear majority in a fair, democratic and legal vote -- stormed into the capitol, attacked, tortured and kidnapped government employees and eventually attacked police. Wake the hell UP, you whiny misinformed Americans!!! The people youre whining for us to stand with are DANGEROUS, VIOLENT CRIMINALS!!! (Dont believe me? Hell, just Google Ukrainian protesters pro-nazi and see all the legitimate news services with articles on just that subject!) Good for Putin for standing up to them.
