This is what a Great White shark looks like from the air. Note the conical snout, large pectoral fins, and thick caudal keel (basically the tail ‘wrist’). This photo was taken in False Bay, South Africa off of popular surf beach. The Shark Spotters program is in place of this beach, and Great White sightings are a common occurrence. No media hype, no hysteria, sharks spotted, people removed from water. No need to cull sharks, and people safe. Well done South Africa :-)
