This is what all states should be doing. Each State is in its self and separate country; a republic with its own government and its own constitution. The Federal Government has no authority over any state and can not legally file law suites or take any action against any state as the Federal Government belongs to the People. Resolution of 1780 and Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 and the 10th Amendment.
