This is what happens when you have split speed limits such as in California. You will notice the signs saying 65, but then the next one shows 55 for trucks. Really a dumb idea. Not to mention the truck that passes me is an idoit anyways. But, didnt know he was going to pass until he already was. Did slow down to 35 in a hurry when I saw what he was half way up the side of my trailer, but you cant really tell in the video.
