You should regard this letter as a final warning and a of putting you on notice that I will initiate action against you in the Supreme Court of Western Australia. the jurisdiction in which matters of defamation are heard and determined It also saddens me that not only do your actions harm me personally but they impact negatively on the operations at WDLAC. Such a negative impact on WDLAC undermines the benefits flowing to the Martu Community generally and indeed to you and your family. This is compounded with recent press articles whIch reflect very badly on the Martu people. I fail to understand why a person of your standing in the Martu Community does not see the damage that negative comments made by yourself and a very small number of other disenchanted Martu people does to the wider Martu Community. This includes the impact on the Traditional Owners, the Elders and very importantly younger members of the Community. including young children who are the future of the Martu people and who should be nurtured by senior members of the Community, as role models.
