This is what we have come up with for a Mission Statement: The Animal Rescue Partnership of Hillsborough County is comprised stakeholders in Hillsborough County Animal Services whose mission is to give voice to the unwanted animals of Hillsborough County when HCAS’ operations, actions and inactivity may not be in the best interest of unwanted animals or to public safety and interest. ARP will also propose sheltering practices which promote integrity, responsibility and sustainability. Additionally, ARP will network within the partnership in an effort to maximize the number of rescue pets saved in Hillsborough County.
