This is whats wrong with America... Second grade does anyone know who Martin Luther King is and why he is so important to history? Two of my second graders raise their hands, but cant answer. Question number two, Second grade does anyone know who Kim Kardashian is? All of them raise their hands!!!!! How pathetic, so I taught the importance of Martin Luthers legacy for the next hour and they listened attentively. Then they all agreed Kim Kardashian plays no role in making the world a better place and wanted to learn more about Martin Luther King!!! Reality TV is ruining our future generations!!! Our children should know more about people who have truly impacted our world than a stupid reality star. Pretty sad!!!
