This is whats wrong with the way our government fights wars. Why not put whatever is needed into fighting and ending the war and not setting restrictions on what they can use to fight with. Obama whines and cries because congress is not 100% working with him. But its okay for him to not 100% support our military by giving them whatever they need to fight and end this war. One things for sure, the other side will use whatever they have to fight with. Including hiding behind children and women or worse yet using them as human bombs. Its hard enough to fight and the others side does not wear uniforms and blends into the other citizens.
