This is where and how it all started way back in 2013. This note attached below with evident proof on record of Court too was just the beginning of the big fight against the Mighty Corrupt Neighbor & his cohorts in the MCD Building Department.....that ended up in court with the High Court disposing off the Writ Petition for a settlement offer thrown up by the pvt respondents, despite severe contempts against all including the Union GoI civil body the MCD which overlooked the obvious corruption and then got its own statement recorded as the MCD s right to inspect the property of the respondent at any time should not be impeached. And when the petitioner (now 87+) resisted, she was openly threatened by the same court that petition could get dismissed? (The same Court that first stayed the construction, orders a fresh inspection, takes cognizance of the petitioners Foundation damage) and then a UTurn on its own judgment? Only because the Pvt Respondent got a Senior Counsel Chetan Sharma to argue? Thats all? Threaten the vulnerable and settle matters that are open and shut cases of corruption against the Union GoI? Thats all this nation and its judiciary can do? All under the name of Law & Justice? Now isnt MCD demand weird? When did the court or anyone take that right away to begin with. Its pertinent to note that while MCD on one hand almost gives a clean chit to the wrongdoer under oath, at the time of a settlement offer by the respondent, it excuses itself from being a party to that settlement of disputes. While on one hand MCD takes an undertaking from the new construction owners of not violating the bye laws and any damage to other property, the respondents are bound to take the burden, they scinge to protect the rights of an Octegnarian? And all this despite Two licensed Structural Engineers report substantiating the Petitioners claim of Non Compundable Violation of the 2 m bye law on all three sides of its plot where the MCD itself has drawn unexcavated earth? Does it take rocket science for any common logical person to know there s a Concerted effort by the Civic Body to cover up the wrong doing and the Wrong doer? And if the Civic Body, MCD is so confident, whats the harm in doing an inspection of the Under construction plot thoroughly. In todays time with advanced technology Im sure the civic body can get beneath the earth without digging up a whole pit to know the status of the Earth within that 2 m, whether its a 65 yr old untouched earth or recently replaced? But this is possible only if the Union GoI and its Civic Agency #MCD has the #Will to set the record straight, Mr Dhan Raj Bansal ji @bjpsamvad Also please do care to address & elaborate on #EGovernance our Honble PM stresses upon? Esp in the light of the Petitioner being savvy with the Internet. If the lines are still queued up to the Minister s house or offices for #GuestAppearance?
