Arnold Schwarzenegger almost completely bankrupted this great state he also ran the entire movie industry (that the economy was founded on) out of California he signed bills that raised taxes on the film productions and he raised permits for film productions. Jerry brown has now balanced 2 budgets in a row and just signed into law a bill to match New Yorks and Louisianas tax incentive to keep films in California. The Brilliant move is that he will only give the incentive if the production actually creates a certain amount of jobs. That will explode the economy and its awesome news for anyone in the film industry.
