This is why Maine is failing people. Its because of people who just need something to complain about. Certain performers require that their talent be heard at certain levels. And you want to penalize them for performing at such levels? Well I can promise you that they wont come if thats the case. So if you are one of the people who complains because one or 2 nights of noise every couple of weeks bothers you, then think about that when there is a person/band/group that you want to see and they wont come up here anymore because you wanted to restrict things. I hope the council denies all motions of this. People need to stop complaining about the concerts so damn much.
