This is why Veronica just won TwirlyGirl Employee of the Month: A customer recently bought a dress for her granddaughters golden birthday. She needed it the next day, and spent an extra $67 dollars for UPS next-day shipping. We got the dress to UPS, but the next day received an email from them saying they accidentally left the package on the delivery truck and that it wouldnt be delivered in time for her party. WHAT?!? At this point, the problem was out of our hands. But instead of sitting back, Veronica got on the phone with UPS. She spent at least a half-hour with them, bouncing from agent to agent. Each one insisted there was nothing they could do. Relentless, Veronica finally spoke with a supervisor who managed to get the package delivered the morning of the party! Plus, UPS refunded the customers money because it was their mistake. Our happy customer just sent us this note along with some photos of the birthday TwirlyGirl: Thank you so much! The dress arrived and I was here to see her open it! I loved the fabric wrapping! She had to try it on right away! Im so pleased with this dress! Here are a few pics... her hair is in rollers, as she is getting ready but we are thrilled! It is proof that she couldnt wait to twirl!
