This little girl came into our care last minute on Thursday teatime from a local stray pound...She was picked up as a stray in the Wigan area with very overgrown nails and horrendous infections in all four feet...Not to mention the rest of her deplorable condition. To be totally honest we are actually lost for words as to how we feel about the extent of suffering this little girl has only known all of her life...and at only 1-2yrs old she has quite clearly suffered beyond words. She has Demodex Mange which is an easily treatable condition. Ivy has also had puppies aswell in this state and the saddest thing is that those puppies will also suffer from the same condition... Alls we can say now is that Ivy is safe...she is recieving the best treatment through our vets Johnson and Wood and Ivys dedicated foster family who are doing a superb job introducing her to the sights and sounds of a loving caring home she quite clearly has never seen before.... Is Ivy the disposable comodity of a back street breeder or puppy farm? You bet she was.......
