This made me so sad. Surely this law can be changed so the hungry can get fed. I do think it would be fine to somehow regulate the food prep so the food is safe for people to eat. I hope this law against feeding the hungry in Fort Lauderdale Florida had good intentions to begin with, to protect the homeless. Maybe if groups want to feed the homeless in public they can go through training, and get food handlers permits, So that they can regulate the safety of feeding the hungry. God bless those who feed the hungry. We are all beggars one way or another, no matter what our status may be. If God doesnt turn away the beggars, then neither should we! Even though we should all be law-abiding citizens, we still have the right, and freedom to lobby for change.
