This makes me happy to the point of exhaustion because finally, people are tired of living with the lie that he is the National Dad and waking up to the fact that abuse does not have one face. My abuser was the face, to me, that could launch a thousand ships. In some ways, it still is. But at the same time, there is not one nanosecond of any day that I allow myself to forget that abuse is not owned by people who look creepy, as if to come with some warning detection system.
