This mama is wore out! Ive literally walked 10 miles in three days doing nothing but back to school shopping for the boys. No lie, its been an agonizing process simply because my two boys wear mens big and tall sizes. I caught myself several times on the verge of tears because it was really hard finding stylish clothes for my oldest. As soon as I got home they immediately started unloading the truck. It was better than Christmas with shopping bags flying everywhere! I could see some disappointment in my oldest eyes because certain name brands dont carry his size. He choked back his disappointment and said, Its ok mama because I know you really tried. The last thing I handed to him was his new shoes. When I handed him the bag he exclaimed, OMG! No you didnt!!! He popped the lid off the box, looked at the shoes, looked back up at me and with tears in his eyes threw his arms around my neck and said, Thank you...thank you so much mama for everything you do for us and thank you for buying me my first pair of Marguritaville Barbados slip ons! Youre the best! At the end of the day, I might not be anyones friend and thats ok with me because frankly I cant pay my bills and take care of my boys with anyones opinion. But tonight I know one thing for sure...my boys are thankful and very proud of everything Ive done for them and thats all that matters to me.
