This man killed my son we have documentation that had he been attentive he could of avoided hitting him on the shoulder of the road it was daylight ckear sky documentation shows he would of had to swerve a couple inches to kerp from hitting him and Jason said in his deposition there was nothing preventing him from changing lanes no other vehicles coming. I understand accidents h a poen but it us what Jason did that shows his character he killed my son saturday then wernt to church sunday and never even asked for prayer for the family a couple of my sons friends were at the service and were shocked that he acted like nothing had happened was jolly and didnt ask for prayer this man didnt even get a ticket he never called 911 and after taking a 9 year old little boys daddy a brother and a son the day before he left after church and went on vacation and posted on facebook each day how much fun he was having and about a bar b que he would have with his family still never asking for prayer for the family that was suffering over what he had done no Im sorry condolences card flowers never one bit of showing remorse nothing then to top it off the insurance company wanted to settle which would have helped the family with funeral cost but Jason told them not to settle he wanted to go to court I guess he thought the family hadnt been through enough they needed to struggle financially and emotionally in the courtroom too but after we got the accident reconstruction he finally let them settle before court but then we didnt get much because it was two weeks before court so the attorney fer wrnt up to 40 percent because it was two weeks before court date and we had to pay an accident reconstruction because Jason kept it going. I believe the man as a wolf in sheeps clothing talk to his ex wifes I think this church should pay more attention to the character of the people they have representing them
