This may look like a normal bikini/beach picture to you but you know what this speaks to me - CONFIDENCE, FREEDOM, POWER, HAPPINESS Seriously nothing can replace those feelings!! I cant find many bikini pictures of me with out a huge cover up because I was never CONFIDENT in my skin. The crazy thing is its my JOB to stay in shape and I earned this trip just by helping others do the same. I am held accountable just by doing what I love! That easy! People ask me how I stay motivated, thats my secret. COACHING! I didnt start out perfect but over time Ive transformed and in the mean time was able to help others too. My whole life I grew up being told to enjoy my body now because after having kids and getting older I would look back and wish I had that body again. Truth is ... they were WRONG! You can have the body you love! After 2 kids later and years and years of living - I love myself and body even more. Im not perfect, I never will be - But im REAL!
