This may sound conspiratorial, as well, but its happening. Its not necessary for him to openly confront our 2nd Amendment. Or Congress, for that matter. Regulating...thats one of the keys to making an end-run around centuries-old law. Even decades-old law. Another key is Executive Order. See, they dont even have to bring up the discussion of the 2nd Amendment, because they are rendering it impotent. What they are doing is creating new realities that snake their slithery ways through our Constitutional process. This has been an ongoing concern since at least Woodrow Wilson. It really accelerated in the late 60s-early 70s. I hate to say it, but its much less about America, and her laws, than it is about Global Progressives who will get very money-rich taking her down.
