This may sound off the wall, but when going to the grocery store or wally world - there are do it your self check out lanes. Yes they are quicker yet understand that they have replaced jobs that people used to do. There are also these computerized phone systems that are extremely long and require a lot of your time to get to where you want to get to and then you may not even get to speak to someone. This has also replaced jobs. For me, I will not use those unmanned check out lanes or the computerized phone systems ( you can always find a place to bypass it and speak to a real living person)
