This means despite me having fulfilled everything by April, the marker will not be there for setting till September/August. Everytime I checked, with the government everything was proceeding, no problems. There were problems and I was left in the dark. Our father did not deserve this, nor do the countless others I am sure this happens to. I am only glad my mother did not have to deal with all of this in her grief. The government makes you go through things multple times, red flags you , makes all kinds of mistakes, and does not for one moment take into consideration the humanity of it all. Maybe the government did not value our father, see him as a hero, but we did. The government could take back all of their " so called earned honored benefits" , we would rather have our dad.
